
Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to leverage their expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, handling onboarding and recruitment of financial institutions and client acquisition. They will also possess a solid understanding of the finance industry, including products and services offered by financial advisors.
The role involves:
- Client acquisition and relationship management
- Achieving sales targets
- Engaging with customers to enrich relationships and increase wallet share
- Covering all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling
- Identifying potential customers for tailored product sales
- Acquiring new customers through referral leads
- Providing comprehensive information on products, services, and charges to customers
- Maintaining relevant experience in the financial services industry
Priorities include:
- Generating leads for financial institutions
- Coordinating business opportunity sessions with partners
- Assisting new partners in clearing certification exams
- Providing training to partners on product availability
- Preparing business development plans for partners
- Establishing strong relationships with partners and financial advisors in assigned geographies
