Job Description:

As a Digital Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic. You will create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels. You will also monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective strengths.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
