Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced
Digital Brand & Marketing Manager
who can lead our brand growth and customer acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for
building EasyHealths into a household name
among both patients (B2C) and healthcare service providers (B2B).

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy:
    Build and execute digital brand campaigns to strengthen EasyHealths' identity.
  • Performance Marketing:
    Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. with clear ROI tracking.
  • Content & Social Media:
    Lead our digital presence across social media, website, and awareness pages (EasyHealths & EasyHealths Tips).
  • SEO & ASO:
    Improve app visibility in Play Store and optimize website ranking.
  • Lead Generation:
    Drive quality B2B leads (doctors, clinics, diagnostics, hospitals) through targeted campaigns.
  • Campaign Analytics:
    Monitor campaign data, create weekly reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Creative Coordination:
    Work with designers, content writers, and sales teams to develop impactful ads, brochures, and campaigns.
  • Influencer & PR:
    Identify and collaborate with local influencers, media, and healthcare communities for brand advocacy.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in
    digital marketing, branding, or SaaS/healthcare marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, ASO, LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Proven track record in
    lead generation & brand growth
    .
  • Ability to design and execute
    multi-channel marketing strategies
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bengali is a plus).
  • Self-starter who can
    plan, execute, and deliver measurable results
    .
