Brand Strategy Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Brand Strategy Leader to drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives and cultivate strong consumer connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Media Planning: Develop and execute digital media plans for campaigns, including budgeting, projections, and growth analysis.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and PR stories that establish the company as a premier destination for home and lifestyle enthusiasts.
  • Campaign Execution: Drive brand initiatives with external partners and oversee campaign performance evaluation.
  • Communication: Effectively convey the brand persona and own all brand communication and positioning.
  • Community Building: Foster consumer love and loyalty by gathering insights and developing targeted marketing strategies.
  • Social Media Presence: Grow and maintain a strong online presence, including influencer marketing and social media engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality results.
  • Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing brand campaigns and working on 360-marketing initiatives.
  • Digital Media Understanding: Strong understanding of digital media planning and evaluation, including social media and influencer marketing.
  • Creative Sensibilities: Strong creative sensibilities and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including creative agencies.
