Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of Service FSEs, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • SLA Management: Ensure that all SLAs are met, including proactive and reactive issues related to device maintenance.
  • Material Management: Oversee the movement of materials from the hub to FSEs, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Customer Upselling: Develop skills to upsell products and services to customers, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making informed decisions to optimize service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Foster a trainer mindset, developing and delivering training programs to improve team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Service Background: Minimum 15-20 years of experience in a service-related role.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven knowledge of DTH/Broadband/Consumer Electronics industries.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local markets and customer needs.
  • Inventory Management: Excellent understanding of stock handling and inventory management practices.
