Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our organization as a Director of Learning and Development (L&D). In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of L&D to design, execute, and oversee impactful learning strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Learning Strategies: Design and implement learning and development strategies that support organizational goals and future business needs.
  • Leadership Development Programs: Develop scalable programs for leadership development, employee engagement, and talent retention.
  • Training Programmes: Lead the creation and facilitation of high-impact training programs, including communication enhancement, behavioral, soft skills, and analytical skills.
  • Culture of Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning through tailored leadership training programs and frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to identify organizational learning needs and create customized training roadmaps.
  • Training Metrics and ROI Analysis: Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting of training metrics.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members on advanced facilitation techniques and instructional design methodologies.
