Primary Years Programme Coordinator

We seek a visionary educator to lead our Primary Years Programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and review the PYP curriculum in alignment with IB guidelines to foster a culture of inquiry and reflection.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective delivery of the PYP and provide guidance and support for transdisciplinary units and inquiry-based learning experiences.
  • Organize professional development workshops and training sessions for staff, engage with parents and promote understanding of the PYP.
  • Coordinate student assessments, maintain records as per IB requirements and stay updated with IB developments.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including teachers, parents and the IB organization.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • IB PYP Coordinator training or certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching with a strong understanding of the IB framework, particularly the PYP.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to professional growth.
