Job Overview

The Managing Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow the BPO and AI-driven service portfolio.
  • Business Development: Expand client base across industries develop partnerships and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency service quality compliance and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee P&L budgeting investments and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Capital Contribution: Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners ensure transparent reporting and uphold LLP governance standards.
  • Innovation: Leverage automation AI and proprietary platforms to reduce costs improve outcomes and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Talent & Culture: Recruit mentor and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership urgency and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • A willingness and ability to make a capital investment in the partnership role.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO Contact Center Customer Experience or related industries.
  • A strong record in scaling operations client acquisition and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management business expansion and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation chat/voice bots CRM/LMS solutions and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and leadership skills.
