Job Overview

We're looking for a talented Senior Training Manager to join our Project Management Academy. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our Project and Bid Management community.

Job Description

As our ideal candidate, you'll have the opportunity to lead the charge in competency development, spearheading the creation of a harmonized global competency development training curriculum. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Developing and managing the training roadmap and associated projects
  • Ensuring alignment and coherence in job structures and competency matrices
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Overseeing the creation and implementation of training strategies
  • Tracking and analyzing training performance data
  • Animating and strengthening our trainer and certification networks
What We're Looking For

We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Business Master's degree
  • Experience or understanding of competency development and training in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of digital learning tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • A certification in Bid/Project/Program Management or Engineering (desirable)
  • Strong cross-cultural team management skills
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Location and Salary

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
