About the Role

This is a pivotal position at NTT DATA that requires ownership of the delivery model for MSFT competencies and capacity management within practices, mapping Microsoft-related competencies, identifying skills development priorities and needs, and developing skill gaps closure plans.

The role entails ensuring NTT DATA Inc's Microsoft Specializations and implementing cutting-edge learning methodologies to measure program outcomes and guarantee delivery readiness. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and own the delivery model for Microsoft competencies and capacity management across global practices and regions.
  2. Develop a comprehensive Microsoft skills mapping, training, and certification strategy globally, including all practices like Migration and Modernization, Managed Services, etc.
  3. Responsible for NTT DATA Inc's Microsoft Specializations acquisition and maintenance.
  4. Collaborate closely with executive leadership, department heads, and HR to understand Microsoft training needs and serve as a linking pin with the global L&D team.
  5. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, learning requirements, and performance improvement opportunities.
  6. Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Microsoft learning programs, continuously improving learning outcomes and results.
  7. Advise on the use of data analytics to derive insights, measure the impact of training, and make informed decisions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate Microsoft learning plans and objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  9. Responsible for retention programs to keep ProCert resources with NTT.
  10. Stay updated with Microsoft trends and developments and drive innovation and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Excellent understanding of Microsoft learning, training, and certifications.
  2. Strong knowledge of how to identify skill gaps and training needs within an organization.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technologies.
  4. Expertise in data analysis for measuring training effectiveness and making informed decisions.
  5. Knowledge of project management principles to plan, execute, and evaluate Microsoft training initiatives.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with various departments and levels of management.
  7. Data Analysis and Reporting: Skill in analyzing training data and generating reports to inform decisions and improvements.
  8. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to address challenges during training and adapt strategies based on feedback.
  9. Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset to align Microsoft training initiatives with business objectives and long-term goals.
  10. Collaborative: Willingness to work with cross-functional teams to design and implement holistic Microsoft training solutions.
  11. Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving measurable outcomes in terms of employee skill development and organizational impact.
  12. Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills for conveying complex information and fostering understanding.
