About the Role:


We are seeking a seasoned Global Microsoft Competency Lead to drive our business transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive delivery model for MSFT competencies and capacity management.


You will own the mapping of Microsoft-related competencies, identify skill development priorities and needs, and develop plans to close skill gaps. This role is critical in ensuring NTT DATA Inc acquires and maintains Microsoft Specializations through cutting-edge learning methodologies, measuring program outcomes, and ensuring delivery readiness.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Create and own the delivery model for Microsoft competencies and capacity management, working closely with global practices and regions.
  • Develop a holistic Microsoft skills mapping, training, and certification across all delivery globally, including regional and Service Unit personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership, department heads, and HR to understand Microsoft training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, learning requirements, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Microsoft learning programs, continuously improving learning outcomes and results.
  • Advise on using data analytics to derive insights, measure the impact of training, and make informed decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, communicate Microsoft learning plans and objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Oversee retention programs to keep ProCert resources within NTT DATA Inc.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft trends and developments, driving innovation and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Design learning strategies addressing diverse, globally dispersed workforce needs.
  • Provide support for capacity management across practices and locally.
  • Promote Professional Services delivery to Microsoft globally, when applicable.

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft learning, training, and certifications.
  • Able to identify skill gaps and training needs within an organization.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technologies.
  • Ability to analyze training data and generate reports to inform decisions.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, collaborating with departments and management, and utilizing project management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to drive improvements.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability to address challenges during training.
  • A strategic mindset to align Microsoft training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Effective communicator to convey complex information.

What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. Our Hybrid Working policy allows for flexible work arrangements. Join our growing global team and accelerate your career with us.
