">We are a leading EV charging software platform building India's largest smart and affordable EV charging network.
Our robust charging network consists of over 11,000 devices, thanks to our partnerships with fleets, charge point operators, OEMs, and RWAs.
Kazam enables fleet companies, charge point operators, OEMs by providing an affordable and complete software stack like white label template apps, API integration, load management solutions, and charger monitoring dashboards.
We leverage our network to drive utilisation to your charging stations for 50,000+ EV drivers.
About the Role:
">You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge IoT-based charging stations designed for both B2B and B2C markets.
You will collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to ensure that our products meet user needs and business goals.
From ideation to delivery, you will manage product life cycles, prioritise features, and ensure exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to define and deliver product features.
- Work closely with B2B clients and end consumers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and translate these into actionable product requirements.
- Oversee technical aspects of product development, including power electronics, firmware, safety features, and software to connect devices to cloud servers.
- Own the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to prioritise features, ensuring timely releases, and managing trade-offs effectively.
- Drive the product lifecycle, including testing, user feedback, and iterations, to continuously improve the charging stations' performance.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety, and reliability.
Requirements:
">- 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally in hardware or IoT products.
- Solid understanding of power electronics, safety features, IP ratings, and electrical circuits.
- Experience working on B2B and B2C products, with a track record of delivering successful products to both business clients and consumers.
- Proven ability in cross-functional stakeholder management, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products.
- Empathy towards clients and consumers is crucial - you should understand their needs, pain points, and work to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Experience in agile product management methodologies and strong problem-solving skills.
