About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP functional lead with a focus on convergent charging (CC) to join our team at Thomson Reuters. This role will lead the implementation of SAP BRIM CC, working closely with our global teams to deliver digital capabilities and tools that support our Lead to Order, Order to Cash, and Customer Support experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end SAP BRIM CC solutions, including configuration and functional design.
  • Lead the integration of SAP CC with SAP SOM and SAP CI, ensuring seamless data flow and billing/invoicing processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, ensuring effective communication with customers, end-users, and internal project teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure SAP CC solutions align with SOM and CI requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of Convergent Charging Key Design Documents and Charge Plan Solution Design documents.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects focused on SAP BRIM and Convergent Charging.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP BRIM Convergent Charging, including technical and functional aspects.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working in global implementations and rollouts.
  • End-to-end knowledge of BRIM functional processes, including Order Management, Rating/Charging, Billing/Invoice, Payments, and Revenue Recognition.
