The ideal candidate will possess a winning mindset and learning attitude, with a strong educational background in a relevant field. Prior experience in training is not mandatory but having a proven track record in developing and delivering training programs is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis for the sales team in collaboration with Business Heads.
- Identify skill and competency gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
- Prepare the Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force as per the organization goals.
- Design and deliver training modules through various channels on products like equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
- Conduct Investor Awareness Programs in accordance with SEBI norms to promote financial literacy and product understanding.
- Assist in non-training initiatives such as new product launches, market updates, and regulatory change communications.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience.
- NISM VA Certified (can be obtained before joining).
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills, Willingness to travel & be on field.
