Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel partner (CP) network across a defined zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive overall business growth through the CP channel in close collaboration with regional and branch teams.
  • Lead the empanelment and onboarding of new retail CPs, ensuring proper due diligence and training.
  • Monitor and enhance performance of newly onboarded and existing CPs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and retail CPs to maximize engagement and output.
  • Identify and reactivate dormant or underperforming CPs, encouraging consistent business generation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience managing CPs/DSAs in the housing finance or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, grow distribution networks, and manage large-scale partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive performance through motivation, training, and hands-on support.
