Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a skilled professional to identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive business growth.

  • The successful candidate will source verified clients through partner networks and references to increase sales.
  • They will plan and execute broker meets and field visits to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams is essential to ensure a consistent lead flow.
Eligibility & Skills:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development is required.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad areas is a must.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivation, a field-oriented approach, and results-driven focus are highly valued.
