
Client Success Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Client Success Specialist to manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure campaign execution, and deliver performance-driven results. As the bridge between our internal team and clients, you'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly, communication is seamless, and results are delivered on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple client accounts, delivering strong marketing results, and excellent communication skills. You should be confident in leading client meetings, weekly reviews, and strategy discussions. Additionally, you'll need to coordinate between media buyers, creatives, and clients seamlessly and thrive in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure campaign execution
- Deliver performance-driven results and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Coordinate between media buyers, creatives, and clients to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Develop and implement strategies to drive client success and retention
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in account/client management or digital marketing coordination
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and creative content workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mentality and ability to take charge without waiting for follow-ups
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
