Mission of the Role:

You will oversee all aspects of program delivery execution, from pursuit to launch and up to service of parts. This includes creating long-term customer intimacy through achieving customer satisfaction and establishing strong relationships.

  • Oversight and responsibility for all program deliverables

Required Expertise:

Automotive experience > 10+ yrs, with Tier 1 exp > 5y in the last 10 years

Engineering/program launch execution experience > 10+ yrs

Customer-facing experience > 5 yrs

Japanese language required

Responsibilities include: Launch of new products consistent with customer requirements, Single point of contact for program and cascade customer requirements to project team, Accountable for program profit and loss, Lead and manage delivery, resource planning, launch coordination, change control, Project Part Tracker, and single point of contact for customer

Achieving success requires expertise in automotive product life cycle, SW project deliveries, product launch, design, purchasing, supplier quality, program management skills, experience with different customers (OEM's), managing cross-functional teams, creating customer-focused strategies and value propositions, possessing fundamental product knowledge, internal communication of program/business risk and status, and good knowledge about clusters, infotainment, and cockpit domine controllers
