Automotive Software Development Expert

Seeking a skilled software engineer to fill a position in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and clean coding practices.
The job involves developing, integrating, and maintaining Python scripts and automation tools that align with existing codebases. Additionally, the successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like pytest or unit test.
Required skills include:
- Minimum Engineering Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics or Mechanical or equivalent.
- Min 4-6 years of core experience in Automation using python/MATLAB/C-coding for Automotive SW development.
- Strong background on automotive SW development tools (Simulink, Jira, Targetlink, Canape, ECUTest).
- Proficiency with modern Python features and libraries (e.g., typing, f-strings, context managers).
- Experience validating and adapting AI-generated code responsibly.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, debug, and refactor codebases, including code written by others.
Apart from technical expertise, the candidate should have good presentation and English language skills, as well as high analytical and conceptual skills and ability to work independently.
