Embedded Automation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Automation Professional to develop and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for embedded automotive systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python scripting, embedded C programming, and software testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Python-based automation frameworks for embedded automotive systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure quality.
  • Perform requirement analysis and derive test cases.
  • Execute white-box and black-box testing.
  • Analyze test results and report defects with detailed logs.
Requirements:
  • Core Skills:
  • Python Scripting: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Python for automation and testing.
  • Automotive Embedded Testing: Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems testing within the automotive domain.
  • Software & Composite Testing Expertise: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Embedded C Programming: Proficiency in C for embedded systems.
  • Agile Methodology: Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Requirement-Based Testing: Ability to derive and execute test cases from system/software requirements.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • CANoe / CANalyzer: Hands-on experience.
  • CI/CD Philosophy: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • UML: Understanding of Unified Modeling Language for system design and documentation.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git and/or Subversion.
  • AUTOSAR Knowledge: Familiarity with AUTOSAR layered software architecture.
