Overview of the Job

  • The candidate is expected to have a strong background in embedded C programming, preferably with experience in the Automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software for automotive applications using embedded C programming.
  • Develop and implement AUTOSAR / BSW modules according to standards such as ISO14229 and ISO TP.
  • Use requirements management tools like DOORS for documentation and tracking purposes.
  • Apply knowledge of UML-based tools like Enterprise Architect or starUML for software design.
  • Work with configuration management tools like Clear case/SVN/VSS for version control and collaboration.
  • Utilize change management tools like Clear Quest for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality processes and safety standards such as ASPICE/CMMI and ISO 26262.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in embedded design and development projects for vehicles.
  • Contribute to Vehicle Diagnostics development, Failure Handling, and monitoring.
  • Master C programming skills and be familiar with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.
  • Experience working with protocols such as CAN, FlexRay, SPI, UART, I2C is desirable.
