Exponent Energy is an innovative company that simplifies energy for Electric Vehicles (EVs). Co-founded by industry experts, we focus on building the e^pack (charging station) and e^pump (battery pack) to unlock 15-min rapid charging.

Our team of passionate builders has a ton of EV experience and is currently looking for skilled professionals to join us in Bengaluru.

Job Description:

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of ground operations and delivering a seamless, hassle-free experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations and conduct comprehensive training for our drivers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and relationship management across the value chain.
  • Work closely with the team to identify and resolve operational challenges.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in 3W or commercial vehicle operations.
  • Structured problem-solving and customer-first attitude.
  • Past experience in operations and customer experience.
  • Data analytics skills and comfort working with MS Excel.
