Job Overview
The Customer Success Manager oversees a portfolio of accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through proactive needs anticipation, product recommendations, and referrals.
Main Responsibilities
- Renew and grow customer accounts by providing a seamless experience, measured by revenue retention and product usage.
- Increase client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score.
- Collaborate with internal teams to be the voice of the customer, driving business growth and expansion.
- Identify and pass expansion leads to the Expansion Sales team.
- Facilitate core Boards product implementation with senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving client advocacy initiatives.
