Job Title: Global Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Global Customer Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our international clients through voice interactions, chat, and email communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from international customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively and courteously.
  • Provide support through non-voice channels (chat/email) as per business requirements, ensuring consistent quality across all communication mediums.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, empathize with their situations, and offer accurate, comprehensive solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the designated system.
  • Adhere strictly to established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards for all customer interactions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product information, system updates, and process changes.
  • Strive to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for international communication.
  • Strong written communication skills in English for chat and email interactions.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
