Job Title: Quality Manager I

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager I to join our team. As a Quality Manager I, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues using different methodologies such as COPC, Six Sigma, PDCA, and 7 QC tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Establish quality objectives and KPIs to monitor and improve overall product and process quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA to address quality issues
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS
  • Use quality tools such as FMEA, Control Charts, and Box plot to monitor and improve process performance
  • Collaborate with automation teams to identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
  • Act as primary POC between QA teams and OPS clients
Requirements
  • Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt desirable)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of FMEA and mitigation of vulnerabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Quality Analytical tools
  • Well-versed in qualitative concepts
