Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Foster a strategic approach to identifying and recruiting top technical talent by leveraging strong relationships, thorough job analysis, and effective communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and post comprehensive job descriptions and specifications to attract highly skilled candidates.
  • Analyze job requirements and objectives to create tailored recruitment materials.
  • Craft personalized emails with current job openings to engage passive candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and applications to ensure high-quality submissions (75% match rate).
  • Conduct structured interviews using reliable tools and methods to filter candidates efficiently.

The successful candidate will maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:

  • A minimum of 2 submissions per day.
  • 48 submissions per month.
  • 2 qualified selections/closures per month.

This role requires proactive collaboration with the team to identify future hiring needs and maintain a deep understanding of engineering skills necessary for hiring technical talent.
