Are you ready to light up the world with your work and spark a brighter future through electricityCome join Ensto family as our new Quality Manager Ensto is an international growth-oriented family business and technology company that creates smart solutions for electricity distribution networks For 65 years we have been dedicated to electricity with a long-term and human-centric approach Our aim is to become a leading expert for distribution system operators help them succeed and create a more sustainable tomorrow We offer innovative and reliable long-lifecycle overhead lines underground networks network automation and new smart technology products and solutions for electricity distribution networks Our own R D manufacturing and laboratories give us the expertise to continually innovate and serve our customers on an individual level Job Objective The Position of Quality Manger is responsible for Leading and driving all quality action in ENSTO India Value chain Responsibilities Creating and ensuring production quality processes controls are in place and meet ENSTO standards of quality Implement all relevant procedures as per ISO and ENSTO best practices and ensure compliance Ensuring all products adhere to quality standards Respond to customer complaints by putting in containment actions performing a full analysis using Quality tools and implementing CAPA Monitor and analyze data related to Quality Control process and Introduce new systems and procedure as needed Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products or services ensuring that quality control processes are integrated into the development process Ensure development and implementation of supplier qualification evaluation approval criterias Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that raw materials and components meet established quality standard Ensuring customer inspection FAT for products Conducting Internal audit and managing external ISO audit Ensure accuracy and implementation of Supplier Quality Sustainability and Risk Management policies procedures and related processes Understand evaluate and determine the adequacy of risk assessments supplier qualification supplier segmentation controls effectiveness monitoring frequency governance and business reviews of suppliers Report of supplier performance and risk mgmt measures incl supplier auditing qualification certification Implement and follow evaluation and performance measurement tool system Prepare reports for and report out monthly quarterly on supplier performance risks and issues Deploy operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with other functions Create and execute supplier remediation plans jointly with category mgmt Motivate and coach team on quality and operational KPI Delivery Own development of Quality team Part of India Management team and contribute to operational excellence Job Specification Competencies 12 years experience in quality function B E B Tech in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Electronics Experience in Lean Six Sigma and Black Belt Green Belt certified Excellent problem-solving capability Positive and analytical mind-set Team Player and coaching mindset Good communication skills Quality Assurance Process orientation Awareness of sustainability standards and principles Knowledge and understanding of Quality Environmental and Health Safety Management system standards ISO9000 etc Auditing practice Awareness and knowledge of material characteristics metals and plastics Supplier requirements control plans preparation and utilization SALARY RANGEBest as per industry standard and relevant experience What we offer you Open free and caring Work environment Empowerment Growth Celebration and appreciation Firmly support to Diversity Equity Inclusion DEI at the workplace Global exposure Personality Traits The candidate should have an innovative mindset and should possess a logical and methodical approach to work Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment Should be willing to learn and adopt new technical skills continuously High working capacity with multi-tasking Highly motivated and positive person Should have good communication skills -
