Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough post-completion inspections of commercial interior design sites.
  • Verify that all finishes, fixtures, materials, and workmanship conform to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Identify and document snag lists (deficiencies/punch points) and ensure timely rectification by project teams.
  • Work closely with design, project management, and execution teams to align on quality expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures specific to interior fit-outs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Provide detailed inspection reports, including photos and recommended corrective actions.
  • Track and follow up on issues until satisfactory closure.
  • Conduct final acceptance checks before client handover.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality control/inspection in interior design, construction, or fit-out projects.
  • Strong eye for detail and understanding of materials, joinery, finishes, and MEP coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple site inspections.
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
