Mission

The main objective of this position will be to create and implement a robust Quality Management strategy for all the projects under execution and operations by applying best practices of quality assurance and Manage overall quality assurance and adherence practices at Solarpacks head office and sites (under-construction or operational).

- Formulate organizational KPIs for measuring quality performance.

- Finalize and oversee contractors quality measures at sites.

- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses and monitoring procedures.

- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.

- Take necessary actions to improve quality control within the organization.

- Finalize and implement all quality SOPs at all sites in India.

- Liaise with the Spain quality team to ensure proper alignment and reporting of quality index.

- Implement better practices in the field of quality.

- Prepare, monitor, and ensure strict adherence to QAP and FQP for all projects.

- Participate in reviews of all engineering drawings to be implemented at sites.

- Oversee all supplier inspections and release material dispatch clearance.

- Manage all risks related to quality adherence of projects.

- Maintain constant communication with site teams and quality officers to monitor site progress.

- Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.

- To conduct on site trainings and programs

- Liaise to obtain industry-recognized certifications for Solarpack like ISO

- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors / masters degree in engineering

- 12-15 years of experience in projects

- Certifications in Quality domain which is industry recognized
