Automotive Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Leader to drive quality excellence across our global operations.

Job DescriptionAs a Quality Management Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a unified quality vision and strategy across all our manufacturing sites. You will lead cross-functional quality governance for new product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Define and implement quality objectives aligned with corporate goals, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead multi-site quality assurance and control processes to ensure consistent application of quality management systems (QMS).
- Drive zero-defect culture in high-precision EV components such as battery modules, connectors, sensors, and power electronics.
- Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to ensure design-for-quality in EV platforms.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive preferred).
- At least 15 years of experience in automotive quality leadership, with EV domain expertise.
- Proven success in managing multi-site operations and global quality systems.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor (ISO/IATF), ASQ CQE.
