Ambitious Quality Leader Wanted for High-Precision EV Components
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Quality Professional to lead our efforts in developing and implementing high-quality standards across multiple manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quality strategies that align with corporate objectives and customer expectations.
- Oversee quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive zero-defect culture through process improvements and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to ensure design-for-quality in EV platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive).
- 15-20+ years of experience in automotive quality leadership, with a focus on EV domain expertise.
- Proven success in managing multi-site operations and global quality systems.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor (ISO/IATF), ASQ CQE.
