Corporate Quality Head

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Quality Head to lead our quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring world-class standards in product reliability and process excellence.

About the Role

The Corporate Quality Head will spearhead strategic and operational quality initiatives, aligning with global automotive benchmarks and sustainability goals. They will define and implement a unified Quality Vision and Strategy, leading cross-functional quality governance for new product development, launch, and lifecycle management.

  • Oversee Quality Assurance and Control across all manufacturing sites.
  • Standardize Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
  • Drive zero-defect culture in high-precision EV components such as battery modules, connectors, sensors, and power electronics.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and tracking Quality KPIs, PPM, COPQ, warranty claims, and audit scores.
  • Leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve process capability.
  • Championing digital quality tools, such as MES and QMS software.
  • Interfacing with OEMs and Tier-1 customers on quality audits, escalations, and joint improvement programs.
  • Presenting quality performance and risk assessments to executive leadership and board.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive preferred.
  • 15-20 years of experience in automotive quality leadership, with EV domain expertise.
  • Proven success in managing multi-site operations and global quality systems.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Lead Auditor, ISO IATF, and ASQ CQE.
