Strategic Leadership
Define and implement a unified Quality Vision and Strategy across all plants.Align quality goals with corporate objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.Lead cross-functional quality governance for new product development, launch, and lifecycle managementMulti-Plant Oversight
Oversee Quality Assurance and Control across all manufacturing sites.Standardize Quality Management Systems (QMS) including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.Ensure consistent application of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and CAPA methodologiesFocus on Legacy + EV Component
Drive zero-defect culture in high-precision EV components such as battery modules, connectors, sensors, and power electronics.Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to ensure design-for-quality in EV platforms.Monitor EV-specific compliance (, RoHS, REACH, ISO 26262 for functional safety)Performance & Continuous Improvement

Qualifications & Experience
