Automotive Shopping Quality Assurance Role

We're seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team of product managers, designers, and engineers in developing innovative automotive-shopping experiences for our customers. This role involves collaborating with Development teams and the QA organization to ensure the quality of our system.
In this position, you will:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope out features and understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to understand technical architecture and performance impacts over the product.
• Create test cases and automate tests using internal tools and infrastructure.
• Review user interfaces for conformity and identify bugs through resolution.
Key responsibilities include creating and executing high-quality test plans, performing initial defect triage, and analyzing test change requests. A basic knowledge of scripting languages is required, along with skills in software-testing techniques such as equivalence class partitioning and boundary value testing.
A day in the life of a Quality Assurance Specialist is focused on delivering high-quality products to Amazon's customers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience, including manual and automated testing, as well as experience designing and planning test conditions, scripts, and data sets for adequate coverage and control.
