  • This is a critical role in driving seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
  • They will administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintaining and updating leave management systems is also a key responsibility.
  • The Corporate HR Manager will handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Preparing and sharing HR reports with management is an essential part of the job.
  • The successful candidate must ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  • End-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits are also within their remit.
  • Driving the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters—is another important task.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance is also required.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also expected.
