Job Title: Corporate Tax Expert

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate tax professional to lead our clients' tax compliance operations in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax, with a strong background in tax compliance and delivery. A Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firm background is preferred.

Tax Compliance & Computation

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing monthly and annual UAE corporate tax computations for multiple entities;
  • Reviewing tax workings and ensuring reconciliation with financial statements;
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE Corporate Tax law, including DTAA provisions and international transaction treatment;
  • Handling computation of Deferred Tax Assets (DTA) and Deferred Tax Liabilities (DTL) as per IFRS/GAAP;
  • Finalizing and submitting tax deliverables within deadlines.
Client Coordination & Communication

The role involves coordinating with client finance teams for data, clarifications, and alignment on tax positions. The successful candidate will participate in scheduled calls to present deliverables and ensure smooth submission processes. They will also address follow-ups, documentation queries, and support in tax authority communication.

Implementation & Process Improvement

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and implementing updates in UAE Corporate Tax law across client engagements. They will update working templates and SOPs to reflect regulatory changes, drive standardization and efficiency across compliance processes, and maintain trackers for deliverables, deadlines, and client-specific workflows.

Reporting & Governance

The role requires preparing internal and external reports on tax compliance status and key metrics. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to firm-wide quality standards in all submissions.

Team Management

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of tax professionals handling UAE compliance delivery. They will review outputs for technical accuracy and completeness, conduct periodic training sessions to ensure the team is updated on compliance and regulatory developments, and manage teams, processes, and deadlines effectively.
