Job Title: HR Business Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead and manage our Human Resources function. As the primary point of contact for employees and managers, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, policy adherence, compliance, and implementation of strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, payroll accuracy, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain employee records, management information systems (MIS), and HR reports to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and Learning & Development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions, and handle employee grievances in accordance with company policies.
  • Review HR budgets and cost efficiencies to optimize resources.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of proven HR leadership experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
