The role of an HR Manager is pivotal to a business's success. As the primary point of contact for all human resources related matters, you will oversee and manage various aspects of HR practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives
  • You will bridge the gap between management and employees by effectively addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Responsibilities also include managing the recruitment and selection process, identifying suitable candidates and implementing effective interviewing techniques
  • You will support business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs and apply training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive is essential
  • You must be people-oriented and results-driven with demonstrable experience in Human Resources metrics
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability to architect strategy are required
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary
  • Able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices is a must
