The role of an HR Manager is pivotal to a business's success. As the primary point of contact for all human resources related matters, you will oversee and manage various aspects of HR practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- You will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- You will bridge the gap between management and employees by effectively addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Responsibilities also include managing the recruitment and selection process, identifying suitable candidates and implementing effective interviewing techniques
- You will support business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs and apply training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive is essential
- You must be people-oriented and results-driven with demonstrable experience in Human Resources metrics
- Demonstrable knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Leadership skills and ability to architect strategy are required
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary
- Able to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices is a must
