About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, enhance employee experience, and build a culture of performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement end-to-end employee lifecycle management programs, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
- Manage high-volume workforce challenges such as attrition, absenteeism, shift adherence, and productivity.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify skill gaps and drive capability-building initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics, track key performance indicators, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Partner with the central HR team on policy implementation, compliance, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in the BPO/Call Center industry.
- Proven experience in handling large employee bases (minimum 300–500 employees).
- Strong understanding of BPO workforce dynamics, including shift operations, high attrition, and engagement challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership and frontline employees alike.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools, data reporting, and HRMS platforms.
