Ethics Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our ethics initiatives.

This role involves leading internal investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, developing training programs, and reviewing policies to foster a culture of integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles with expertise in POSH regulations, exceptional communication skills, and high discretion and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigation Leadership: Conduct thorough investigations into ethical violations, misconduct, or breaches of company policy.
  • Compliance Oversight: Manage cases and coordinate committees to ensure POSH regulations are met.
  • Training Development: Create and deliver ethics training across departments to promote a culture of integrity.
  • Policy Review: Update policies related to ethics, compliance, and workplace conduct to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR and legal teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal values.
  • Confidentiality: Ensure protection against retaliation through confidential reporting systems.
  • Culture Shaping: Embed ethical principles into decision-making and leadership practices.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Proactively address emerging risks and monitor compliance trends.
  • Leadership Support: Provide senior leadership with advice on ethical dilemmas and policy implications.
  • ESG Oversight: Oversee ethical oversight of Environmental, Social, Governance initiatives.
