Job Title: Strategic Sales Director

Job Summary:
At Tekdoors, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering aggressive sales results and a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction and lead sales efforts to acquire new customers with T&E of > INR 5 crores from an assigned territory.
- Develop winning strategies utilizing strong value-based selling principles.
- Participate and lead key customer meetings and negotiations to yield top-line growth.
- Build, leverage, and maintain relationships with decision-makers.

Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales negotiations and closing skills with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering aggressive sales results.
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services.
- Strong financial acumen and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate or PGD with relevant corporate sales experience in TMC, Hotel, or Airline Industry.
