Human Capital Management Consultant

 

Our organization is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management Consultant to lead the implementation of our HCM solution. This consultant will provide expert guidance on best practices and configuration, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, and benefits.
  • Deliver HCM solutions with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on optimization within HCM.
  • Contribute to cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Familiarity with HCM schema data models, PL/SQL, and other related technical experiences is desirable.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS cycles and finance principles.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in HCM, focusing on the functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end HCM implementations.
  • Proven experience with HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued.
