Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager – Human Resources will play a pivotal role in driving organizational performance through effective human resources management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Management:
  • Manage the entire performance appraisal process, including goal setting, periodic assessments, and annual calibration with leadership.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Implement employee recognition programs to boost engagement and retention.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Assisted in administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provided guidance to Leadership on annual salary revisions, managed performance bonus pay-outs, and annual salary revisions.
  • Addressed employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

The role also entails:

  • Working with stakeholders to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles.
  • Implementing various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts and external trainers for high-quality delivery.
  • Establishing metrics to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Conducting regular evaluations and gathering feedback to improve training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a PG degree in HR from a reputable institute.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exposure to HRMS tools.
  • Understanding of LMS and other training tools is an advantage.
