Human Resources Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team in a dynamic, growing organization.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end recruitment process management, employee engagement and relations, performance management, HR operations and compliance, and learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
- Ensure all onboarding processes are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Design and execute comprehensive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster open communication channels to maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure employee success.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
- Develop and implement learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
