Regional Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a seasoned expert in human resources to oversee and guide our regional HR operations. This role requires a deep understanding of strategic HR practices, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement effective HR policies and programs that align with business objectives. Provide guidance to management and teams on best HR practices and serve as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles. Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees. Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion. Address employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism. Conduct regular engagement surveys and design initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote-first environment.
