Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development to join our team.

This role will involve building and scaling our HR, people, and performance management systems worldwide, while establishing a strong foundation for HR in India as our headquarters.

The successful candidate will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and a high-performance culture.

  • Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions, ensuring alignment and consistency in HR practices.
  • Establish a corporate-level HR framework that includes policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
  • Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on HR matters, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
HQ India: Corporate + Local HR
  • Build a comprehensive HR function in India that supports corporate and local HR needs.
  • Oversee local HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Act as a strategic partner to India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
  • Launch company-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
Performance & Culture
  • Develop a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
  • Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
  • Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
  • Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
