Key HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our Human Resources department, ensuring seamless execution of core operational activities while promoting a positive employee experience.

  • Lead the ownership and execution of critical HR initiatives, including payroll processing, compliance management, and employee relations.
  • Ensure efficient service delivery, consistent employee engagement, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HR dashboards, generate actionable insights, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the effective functioning of our internal HR portal.
  • Drive process automation and standardization to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage internal and external audits with full compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving employee queries effectively.
  • Manage Full & Final settlements with precision and within defined timelines.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection standards.
  • Mentor and guide the HR team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment.
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad-hoc projects.
  • Exposure to automation and process optimization in HR operations is an advantage.
