Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead, monitor, and innovate across multiple HR functions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HR systems, strong in employee relations, and capable of driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

About the Role:

  • Monitor and ensure a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation, guaranteeing a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Conduct and monitor onboarding assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and induction, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide employee support by handling queries, resolving issues, and driving innovative approaches to enhance employee experience, fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive policy and process building initiatives to streamline HR operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  2. Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures, ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  3. Leverage HRMS (Keka) to its full potential, enhancing payroll, leave, performance, and reporting functionalities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance, with hands-on experience in HRMS.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
