We offer a deal origination and distribution service that enables access to over 32,000 investors through our managed outreach services.

Our team follows a result-oriented approach optimized for client confidentiality and deeper engagement.

We provide bespoke solutions for fundraising needs and offer structuring of fundraising rounds, valuations, and investor collateral such as pitch decks, financial models, projections, business plans, teasers, etc.

We cater to anyone looking to raise capital, regardless of the sector, stage, or geography.

Our pipeline builds allows us to focus on core business while delivering quality services to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assume both front-end and backend roles to ensure customer success and manage relationships with them.
  • Create deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, etc. for clients across sectors and geographies.
  • Advises and consults clients by structuring funding rounds in light of market conditions and suitable investor needs.
  • Ensures quality services are delivered to the client.
  • Meets strict deadlines and manages multiple deals together.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of prior Investment Banking/Investment Analyst experience preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 passed candidates preferred.
  • Knowledge/prior experience with startup fundraising/venture capital industry is an advantage.
  • Flexibility and ability to work remotely from anywhere.
  • Owning a laptop and having a good internet connection.
  • EXCELLENT written & spoken English required.
  • A 5-7 day training session provided once joined.
