Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist Trainer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services. The role involves overseeing HR service delivery processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Oversaw end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
  2. Ensured adherence to labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
  3. Managed and optimized HR service platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
  4. Led initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  5. Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
  6. Collaborated with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational objectives.
  7. Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
  8. Handled complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services.
  • Experience with HR service platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
